Fall Cleaning Tips
REMOVES
MOLD AND MILDEW FROM HUMIDIFIERS
Regular cleaning helps prevent the emission of mold
and bacteria into the air.
Run 250 ml (1 cup) of White Vinegar through the system and then rinse the reservoir
with water.
REMOVES
CARPET STAINS
Removes the following carpet stains: pet urine and
feces, red and white wine, mixed drinks
and liqueurs, makeup, tea, coffee, soft drinks, chocolate, milk, fruit juice,
berries, mustard
and ketchup. Test colourfastness of carpet in an inconspicuous area before proceeding
with the following steps:
* Scrape or blot up excess spill.
* Apply a solution of 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) dishwashing detergent and 250 ml (1
cup) of warm (not hot) water using a damp towel. Leave for 3 - 5 minutes.
* Blot to dry, don't rub.
* Apply full-strength White Vinegar using a dampened towel.
* Rinse with a sponge dampened in water.
* Blot to dry with weighted pad of towels.
Summer Cleaning Tips
CLEANS
AND REMOVES SEDIMENT FROM FLOWER VASES
Mix equal parts of White Vinegar and warm water and add
a few drops of mild
detergent. Pour cleaning solution in vase, and let it soak overnight. Brush
out the sediment with an old toothbrush. Empty the vase and rinse.
FRESHENS
& PROLONGS LIFE OF CUT FLOWERS
Add 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of White Vinegar and 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of
sugar for each litre (quart) of water.

GRASS STAINS
Apply full strenth vinegar to the stained spot, let
it soak for 2-3 hours,
and then wash as usual.
REMOVES
FRUIT, JAM, MAKE-UP, INK, MUSTARD, COLA-BASED SOFT DRINKS, COFFE,
TEA AND DEODORANT AND ANTIPOERSOIRANT STAINS ON CLOTHING
Rub
stain lightly with vinegar, and then launder as per manufacturer's
instructions. Results are better if stain is removed within 24 hours.

Winter Cleaning Tips
Removes
Winter Salt Stains
Wipe leather or rubber shoes
and boots with a lint free cloth dampened in a
solution of 1 cup (250 ml) of vinegar and 1 cup (250 ml) of water.
OR spray vinegar directly onto footwear and clean with a
water dampened cloth. Wipe dry with a soft lint free cloth.
Remove smoky build up from glass fireplace doors Wipe glass fireplace doors with a solution of equal parts vinegar and water. Scrub bricks around hearth with vinegar , then wipe with a damp sponge to get rid of soot and smoke.
Clean
fine glassware or china
Gently dip fine glassware
or china into a sink full of warm water with 250 ml (1cup) vinegar. Air dry
for a spot-free finish
