Tip of the season: Maintaining your cutting boards: Wash your cutting board as usual (water and soap or in the dishwasher) and dry it completely. Apply double strength cleaning vinegar to the board using a cloth and let it sit for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, wipe it down using a dry cloth. |
