Bathroom Cleaning Tips

CLEANS AND SHINES MIRRORS, FIXTURES AND VANITIES
Pour full-strength White Vinegar into a trigger spray bottle. Spray soiled surface, holding bottle 15 - 20 cm (6 - 8") away. Wipe clean with paper towel or lint-free cloth. Do not use White Vinegar on natural marble counters or other porous/limestone surfaces.

REMOVES MILDEW, SOAP SCUM AND SCALE FROM SHOWER CURTAINS/STALLS AND CERAMIC TILES
Spray spots with full-strength White Vinegar and simply wipe away.

REMOVES LIME SCALE FROM SINK FAUCETS
Soak a paper towel in White Vinegar and then wrap it around the faucet for 10 minutes. Remove paper towel and wipe away lime scale.

UNCLOGS SHOWERHEADS
Submerge chrome showerheads in a pot with a solution of 250 ml (1 cup) vinegar and 1 litre (1 quart) of water. Boil for 15 minutes. For plastic showerheads combine equal parts White Vinegar and hot water, and then submerge and soak showerhead for one hour. Rinse showerhead well with water before using. Regular cleaning every six months prevents scaly deposits from building up.

OPENS & DEODORIZES DRAINS
Pour a handful of baking soda and 250 ml (1 cup) of White Vinegar down drain. When bubbling stops, rinse with hot water. Repeat, if necessary, until drain runs freely.

REMOVES HARD-WATER STAINS FROM BATHROOM DRINKING GLASS
Soak glass for 10 minutes in full-strength White Vinegar, and then wash with dishwashing detergent and water.

CLEANS FLOORS
Cleans no-wax vinyl/laminate and ceramic tile floors. Use solution of 1 part White Vinegar to 4 parts water. White Vinegar is not recommended for cleaning stained wood floors, unless they have a polyurethane or varathane finish.
